How to save the world’s most trafficked mammal

Dr. Tim Bonebrake’s work on trafficking of pangolins from the Congo Basin was featured recently by the BBC. Dr. Bonebrake and his colleagues at the University of Hong Kong—a CBI Participant—have been using a combination of scientific and social science approaches to better understand the how, when, and where of pangolin trafficking. Much of the African field work for the project was conducted through CBI.
