Open Rank Faculty SearchAs part of the Computational Biosciences Initiative, UCLA is conducting an open rank faculty search for junior or senior level appointments in the area of bioinformatics and computational biology, broadly defined, for multiple positions over the next three to five years. We seek nominations and applications from individuals with expertise in areas related to bioinformatics, genomics, and computational biology– who would bring intellectual leadership and synergy to this initiative and to the establishment of a new UCLA Institute. The candidate's research program should in part develop novel computational, quantitative, or bioinformatics methodology to address fundamental issues in biology or biomedical science.
